Safe Homes For Fairbanks Seniors

Thanks to an incredibly generous donation from an individual Our 2 Cents donor, O2C has $5,000 for home repairs and improvements for Interior Seniors. This project will be focused on safety improvements and fall-prevention projects like installing handrails, grab bars and lighting improvements. These are small projects that provide big returns for older adults, their families and caregivers and to the Fairbanks community.

Our 2 Cents is currently partnering with The Fairbanks Senior Center in order to identify Fairbanks seniors in need and seeking partnerships in the construction industry to volunteer their time and talents to this endeavor.
