Creators Camp for Teens

Calling all teen content creators and artists! This is a FREE summer camp for teens (Ages 13-17) in Fairbanks, AK, sponsored by the Fairbanks Wellness Coalition! Students will learn to produce short-form videos, the basics of shooting photography in manual mode, block printing, painting, and the fundamentals of design. Emphasis will be on content creation that is intentional and has a positive peer-to-peer influence. This is an excellent opportunity for teens to gain marketable skills while engaging with each other and their community.

When: June 24 - June 28, 2024, 1pm - 5pm, lunch and snacks will be provided daily.

Where: JP Community Center, Ballroom (upstairs)

More Camp Info: Introduction to equipment such as lights, cameras and computer editing software - students will need a smartphone, laptop or tablet to participate. Coursework includes storyboarding, directing, videography, editing, photography and digital media design.
